1. How can I place an order?

You can place an order directly on our website by adding your favorite items to the cart and proceeding to checkout.

2. Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not offer worldwide shipping at this time. 

3. How long does shipping take?

Processing takes 24hrs. 

  • Canada: 2-3 business days

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use it to check your order status.

5. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please contact us immediately at shopshesbadto@gmail.com to update your address. If the order has already shipped, we are unable to make changes.

6. What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns at this time.

7. How do I know what size to order?

Each product page includes a size chart to help you find the perfect fit. If you're unsure, feel free to DM us on Instagram or email us for recommendations!

8. Will sold-out items be restocked?

Some of our pieces are limited edition, but we do restock popular items frequently. Follow us on Instagram or sign up for our newsletter to get updates.
